报告指出德国过度医疗危害患者浪费资源
新华社柏林11月5日电（记者田颖）德国贝塔斯曼基金会5日公布的一项研究报告指出，德国过度医疗危害患者并浪费卫生资源。
报告说，不必要的检查、手术、治疗和开药给患者带来负担和风险。例如，德国每年实施约7万例甲状腺手术，其中约90%的病例并没有发生甲状腺恶性病变。在开药方面，德国医生经常开出抑制胃酸分泌过多的药物处方，但其中约70%的处方并不完全对症。
报告指出，过度医疗对整个德国卫生体系是一种资源浪费。德国每年对卫生领域的投入为国民生产总值的11.2%，为欧盟之最，但德国人口预期寿命在欧盟中排第18名。5日，德国联邦统计局公布最新人口预期寿命数据，其中德国女性人口预期寿命为83.3岁，男性为78.5岁。
该报告建议医生应负起道德责任，向患者说明各种治疗方案的风险和益处，并让患者意识到适当的等待观察可以避免不必要、甚至可能有害的治疗；同时政策制定者应当使医疗更趋向以需求为导向，而不是以供给为导向。
